I woke up before sunrise yesterday, the sky looked good.

There was a dew out this morning, so I did some macro photography of droplets on plants. I think I may be the first person to ever do it. It’s definitely an original subject.

This is probably a photo only the mother could love. There’s no concept (apart from shiny things), the composition isn’t great and the subject isn’t very interesting. None the less I did enjoy having a little play around with (pseudo) HDR photography and I do like the lighting and look of this photo. RAW image saved with different exposures and merged with Photoshop.

I liked the energy that sparklers have by long exposure photography and came up with the idea of giving the glows life by making stick men. These ones fight.

This wallpaper was made with a long exposure and little bits of burning newspaper being blown around with an air blower.
