I was playing around with the brush settings in photoshop, trying to produce a textured, painterly background for a website design when I deviated on a tangent that became this piece.
The figures are abstract, blocked out shapes made with my 3D Doodles Photoshop Brush set and adjustments to the scattering, rotation, dual brush and what-not. The piece is styled on caveman rock paintings. I quite like how this turned out, something different for me.

I bought Art Rage today, the way the tools mimic their real life counter parts makes them quite fun to play with. The painting process feels quite tactile.
This is my first little experimental painting with the program.
